Built to play.

Hordebound does not include third-party advertising, advertising tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. You do not need to create a separate Hordebound account to play.

The game stores progress and settings on your device. Apple’s iCloud and Game Center services support cloud saves and achievements. If you send feedback through the website, we receive the information you choose to send.

02 / Game saves & settings

Your progress.

The game stores gameplay information such as earned gold, unlocked champions and realms, upgrades, statistics, and achievement progress. It also stores preferences such as audio and control settings. This information is used to save your progress and provide the game’s features.

When iCloud is available, progression data is synchronized through Apple’s CloudKit service using your private iCloud database. We do not run a separate server for your game saves. iCloud synchronization is subject to your Apple account and device settings.

03 / Apple services

iCloud, Game Center & the App Store.

When you sign in to Game Center, the game uses your Game Center player identifier to associate achievement reporting with your player account and sends achievement completion information to Apple. Game Center may display your profile and achievements according to Apple’s service and your privacy settings.

Apple processes App Store payments. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple may provide developers with aggregated sales, usage, or diagnostic reports under its services and your device settings.

04 / Support messages

When you contact us.

If you use the feedback form, we receive your message, its topic, and any optional email address, platform, device, operating system, or game version you provide. You can send feedback without providing an email address. We use this information to answer your request, investigate issues, and improve the game.

Form submissions are processed by Cloudflare and delivered to our support inbox, hosted by Google. Your optional email address is used only to follow up about your message. Feedback is not published or used for marketing. We do not maintain a separate feedback database or intentionally log message contents. Send only information relevant to your request; do not include passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information.

A simple visit.

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The feedback page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam. Turnstile processes browser and technical request information to check that submissions are legitimate. We do not enable Turnstile pre-clearance cookies. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its processing. Fonts and game artwork are served with the website.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical request information, such as your IP address, browser information, and access time, to deliver and protect the site. If you follow a link to Apple or another external service, that service’s privacy policy applies.

06 / Retention & your choices

You stay in control.

Local saves and settings remain on your device until removed through the operating system or by deleting the app and its data. Deleting the app may not remove information stored in iCloud or Game Center. Manage cloud data and account preferences through Apple’s settings and services.

We retain support correspondence only as long as needed to respond, resolve related issues, and meet applicable legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent us, use the feedback form. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, including the right to raise a concern with your local data protection authority.

We can assist with information held in our support correspondence. Requests concerning information held by Apple or another provider should also be directed to that provider.

07 / Children

Age-appropriate play.

Hordebound contains fantasy combat and dark themes. Please consult the age rating shown on your regional App Store. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

We may update this policy when the game’s features or information practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.
